Since 2007, through an agreement between Tsawwassen First Nation, Delta Police Department and multi-levels of Government, Delta Police assumed full policing services for the Tsawwassen First Nation.
Building on a strong partnership with the Tsawwassen First Nation Community, Delta Police is providing a community based policing service.
Cst. Mike Tegart is assigned to liaise between Delta Police and the Tsawwassen First Nation. In this capacity Cst. Tegart works with the Tsawwassen Government and the community to establish various programs and initiatives.
